Shipment processing time
We strive to process all orders within 2 business days.

We process shipments on business days and utilise the services of Australia Post. We therefore rely on Australia Post and their delivery capability. Once your order is placed, we will communicate to you when it has left our factory. We expect delivery to occur within 48 hours for metro (on business days) of leaving our facility.

Damages
FITnFLOAT is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
